My battle with Lyme Disease and co-infections taught me that true healing isn’t about quick fixes or just treating symptoms. It’s about understanding the body and mind as a whole and becoming your own advocate.

As I healed, my husband and kids naturally started making healthier choices, and soon, friends and family were reaching out for advice. What started as simple conversations turned into a calling. Helping others gave my pain purpose, deepened my passion for learning, and led me to become a certified health and nutrition coach and pediatric sleep consultant.

Every challenge I’ve faced has made me a better teacher—and now, I’m here to help you uncover what’s holding you back so you can truly thrive.
